Tri County Baptist Church Leadership
Tri County Baptist Church is blessed to have a leadership team who are truly dedicated to Christ and accomplishing His will. Following are brief bio's of our leadership team and their qualifications for ministry.
George Prinzing was appointed to serve as Tri County Baptist Church's Senior Pastor January 1, 2015. Prior to that, he served as Senior Pastor of First Baptist Church in Princeton, IN.
The attributes that best describe George Prinzing as a pastor are strong preaching, leadership development and counseling. He has expressed a burning desire to lead a church like Tri County Baptist Church where biblical views are embraced and encouraged, with members who care about the needs of those around them and who want to connect others to the body of Christ. George takes worship and preaching very seriously, spending the first hours of his day focused on Bible study.
He graduated from Tennessee Temple University in 1986 with a degree in Religious Education.
George and his wife, Michelle, have been happily married since 1984. They have 3 children and 5 grandchildren.
Neal Terwilliger was appointed to serve as Tri County Baptist Church's Worship Pastor in 2017. Prior to that, he served as Worship Pastor of a church in Texas.
The attributes that best describe Neal as a pastor are strong music skills, joyful leadership, solid biblical teaching, and a servant’s heart. He finds great joy in helping to lead a church like Tri County Baptist Church. The members truly care about the needs of those around them and desire to see others come to know Christ. Neal takes worship and spiritual growth very seriously. He enjoys spending time during the day selecting music and then weaving together a plan for leading others in worship. He loves to guide individuals and groups in preparation for leading in worship. Neal and his wife, Donna, also enjoy hosting and leading a small group in their home.
He graduated from Clark’s Summit University in 1984 with a bachelor’s degree in Sacred Music and Bible.
Neal and Donna have been happily married for 35 years. They have 3 adult sons, Brad, Derek, and Corey, and 5 grandchildren. His hobbies include golf, watching sports, reading, and taking day trips with Donna.
Institute Director & Youth
Jacob has been at TCBC since 2018. He heads up our Daystar Bible Institute, oversees our Youth programs, and leads the GriefShare ministry. He holds a Master's Degree from Clarks Summit Seminary. It was during his seminary days that he met Cate. They were married in 2010. They have four children: Kathleen, Daphne, Salem, and Uriah. Jacob and Cate are avid readers and have a gift in writing, directing, and acting dramas and comedy sketcthes.
